Schon mal etwas von “Erocktica” gehört, liebe Freunde? Na dann passt mal gut auf, wir haben es hier mit einer bezaubernden Dame namens „Pink Snow“ und ihrer Band zu tun. Ihr Musikstil lässt sich einfach als „PornRock“ bezeichnen. Die Texte gehen ganz gezielt ins Porno- und Sex-Gerne, was mich ziemlich amüsiert. Das Cover-Design finde ich sehr gelungen, besonders der Schriftzug ist sehr gut lesbar. „Pink Snow“ würde auch hervorragend aussehen, wenn sie ganz angezogen wäre, was sie aber in diesem Fall nicht ist.

Gehen wir nun etwas genauer auf „Porn Again“ ein:
Ich denke nicht, dass ich „Introgasm“ gross erläutern muss, jedenfalls geht’s mit „Porn in America“ schon mal richtig los, ein toller Opener , bei dem zwar eine Passage von „MM´s Mobcene“ übernommen wurde, aber egal! Es passt super in den Song und er rockt. „Naked“ gefällt mir auch gut, flippiger Chorus der zur „Naked Party“ animiert. „Erocktica“ sind nicht nur eine Band, die sexistische Texte haben und sich bei den Shows einiges einfallen lassen…Nein, „Pink und Co“ haben auch musikalisch einiges zu bieten, „Size Queen“ rockt erneut tierisch ab. Ich muss zugeben, dass „Miss Pink Snow“ eine absolut erotische Stimme hat, was ja auch nicht überrascht, bei ihrem Aussehen oder?

„Pornstar“ überzeugt mich erneut, nettes Riff und ein schöner Refrain. Sicherlich ist nicht jeder Song ein Hit, aber ich bin sichtlich positiv überrascht, dass eine Band wie „Erocktica“, die bei Live Shows so viel auf Sex setzt, auch musikalisch überzeugen kann.

Jedenfalls, wer waren Rockbitch? Hier kommen „Erocktica“! Ich denke, man wird noch einiges von ihnen zu hören bekommen, und das ganz bestimmt auch bei Sleaze-Metal.com. Noch was zu den Songs: „38D“ pornt ziemlich gut ab, der Refrain hört sich leider einfach genau wie „Eat the Rich“ von „Krokus“ an, der Song ist aber ansonsten klasse. Haltet die Augen offen Freunde, „Erocktica“ kommen im Winter auf Tour und ich kann Allen nur empfehlen, eine Show der Pornstarz zu besuchen…und wenn ihr schon dort seid, kauft euch doch gleich „Porn Again“ oder bestellt das Album bei www.erocktica.net .
